Traffic jams occur all too often, but it's only the result of poor driving habits. People know what causes traffic jams, but don't really care enough to do their part to avoid traffic jams. Most of the time it's unintentional ignorance due to distractions. We all the power to help out and avoid traffic jams, but the truth of the matter is that 80 to 90 percent of the driving force don't care about traffic until it matters to them.
